A lego set for Portal 2 just got to the review stage in lego making! It seems that just like the demand for minecraft legos, people are the driving force in bricks!
A fan-started campaign has inspired the world to want Portal lego sets in their home. The campaign got 10,000 supporters which brings the next stage into play. Lego officials need to give it a stamp of approval to move on to the next stage.
And even if that does happen, Lego doesn't own Valve, the company that created Portal, so they need to give the okay if we want to see this happen.
The Portal set was designed by a group of Brick-nauts called "Team Jigsaw". They have brought the game to life and maybe, in our homes as well.
And it all happened because Lego is smart. They know that people are the power in a company and if they allow fans to choose what they want to see, they are going to get so much more out of their product. Because everyone wants to be listened too. And that's why we have minecraft legos as well. PEOPLE POWER.
So we will just have to see how this will work out. Have your portal ready at your nearest lego store to get some if they do end up coming out.
